We believe that the expertise of good sales staff has an important role to play in helping you to make a choice that you are very happy with for years to come – after all, price isn’t everything.
If you are tempted by discounted prices on the internet, please consider the following before you buy:
Does the discount include delivery or installation?
Can you be certain that you will receive brand new products in perfect condition?
What will you do if the product is damaged when it arrives, or you need local help in the future?
Can you trust the security the internet supplier has in place to protect your personal and financial details?
Finally, is it fair to research products through retailers with a showroom and trained sales advisers, but not buy from them?”
