Here at Beautystone we carry out Surveys, we design Fireplaces to suit and carry out full installation of Gas Fires, Electric Fires, Stone, Marble and Wood Fireplaces plus we install Multi Fuel and Wood Burning Stoves and Fit flue liners into chimneys. We only use Gas safe registered fitters and Hetas fitter which are the governing bodies who regulate the installation of Gas appliances and Solid Fuel heating appliances.

As we offer a bespoke design service for those who want to have something a little different, there often can be a waiting time to get a survey. So we understand that you may have a fitter that you know or that you have been recommended, or that you simply know what fireplace you want and wish to install it yourself.

Whether you choose Beautystone Fireplaces to install your Fire, Stove or Fireplace, or you simply purchase the Fire or Fireplaces form us and have it installed by an alternative fitter, Please be aware of the following regulations.

Gas Safe

 - From 1st April 2009 a new governing body took over the role of gas safety from CORGI. It is called GAS SAFE. All gas appliances must be installed by a qualified Corgi Gas Installer. All Corgi Registered installers carry identity cards with them that contain their photographs and registered number. They should also provide you with a Gas Safety Certificate upon completion of the work. This is a legal requirement.
